国外用户须知（Foreign users to be notified）
国外用户（含团体用户和个人用户）核实学生成绩单和学历学位等信息时，必须提供需要核实的学生的成绩单、毕业证和学位证的复印件或电子扫描件。团体用户还须提供加盖本单位公章的联系函。
Foreign users (including organizations and individual users) to verify students' transcripts and academic degrees and other information, must provide the copy or electronic scanning of the student's transcripts, diploma and degree certificate. The groups user must provide contact letter stamped with the seal of the unit.
